Specialist / Senior Specialist, Dept: ITS - IT Innovation

Job Description :

• To drive system functionality roadmap and architecture design of telecommunications IT application systems in both Business Support Systems and Operation Support Systems areas for the company.
• To ensure new designs and architecture changes of respective systems assigned well integrated and fit into company’s IT platform integrity.
• To participate, coordinate and work with both business users and technical teams in driving changes, enhancements, upgrades and new features needed on systems assigned especially from both technical functionality and architecture wise.
• To consult, advise on right and standard practices of system functionalities and process flows for systems assigned in their respective daily usage and operations area, especially to system user group.
• Analyze business, operational processes and translate internal business requirements into technical specifications/solutions for system changes and implementations.
• Assist technical teams from requirements and coordination aspects in new system feature / function implementation for service requested from business users or operation teams which regards to rectify system issues, upgrading works or enhancements to support daily business needs.
• Lead and manage system development lifecycle (SDLC) for delivery task assigned across function teams in the company.

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess a Professional Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
• Familiar with SDLC practices and deliverables.
• Logic thinking and good analysis skill to drive solutions and deliveries.
• Good project coordination and requirement gathering skills.
• Familiar with IT application business operation process flows, added advantages if more.
